Secrets of being Hale and Happy in LIFE….

Life is so precious for every creature created in this world. That too being born as human beings is the greatest boon for all of us and hence utilizing this life to the fullest in doing good deeds and staying healthy is the right key for happiness. It’s a known fact that “Health is Wealth” rather we can say“Staying Healthy today is the biggest Wealth”. In today’s fast moving industrial world nobody has the time to take care of themselves at the primary level too. People’s focus is mainly to EARN MONEY. This 5 letter vitamin is ruining the lives of umpteen people and ruling them mostly. The ultimate purpose to EARN MONEY is to stay healthy and happy, but in almost all the cases there is no question of healthcare and this purpose remains unsolved.
It is not only important to earn, earn and just earn, an equal share should be given to individual’s health of staying fit. Being healthy is this World paves a way for earning well and attaining the Pinnacle of Happiness. There are certain things for being healthy:
1. Always spend ample time in breakfast, lunch and dinner and never skip any of these.
2. It is not only advisable to eat at the right time but also consuming the right food in right quantity.
3. Eat a healthy diet that includes at least 5-7 servings of vegetables and fruits daily.
4. Take a multivitamin with folic acid and get at least 1300 mg of calcium daily (in your diet or with a dietary supplement)
5. Do at least 20 minutes of physical activity which includes fast walking, aerobics or even yoga which can additionally prolong the life and in staying fit.
6. Learn to manage stress
7. Always keep a leisure time for relaxation( eg: music,reading, tv etc)
8. Last but not the least QUIT SMOKING, this is the most important solution for staying healthy.
These are just a few easy methods that can be readily practiced in daily routine itself. Certain bad habits cannot be easily quitted one such is Smoking.. But there is nothing impossible in this world, and same way quitting smoking is also possible with determination and the willingness to stop it.
Finally, every individual’s awareness for staying fit is required. Most of the people tend o get attracted to the road side petty shops which sell junk food, and mostly prefer to have fast food and forget to relish the healthy food that provides us with bountiful energy. Junk foods may give stimulating taste but however declines your life on daily basis and shortens it. People should be aware of the harm these foods cause and must put an end for this culture. Instead try to grab the foods that provide the essential nutrients for the right health.
Ingredients for staying healthy : Mixing the right proportions of good food, physical activity, relaxation and cultivating right etiquettes provides a recipe for fitness…. Also, Health coupled with wealth gives infinite happiness for a Hale and hearty Life.
